Hola chicos, ¿os animáis a pasar un verano diferente? Se ha abierto el plazo de solicitud de las ayudas para pasar dos semanas en colonias de inmersión lingüística. Esta es una gran oportunidad de aprender inglés de forma divertida y de mejorar vuestras destrezas orales.

Como en todo, hay que cumplir unos requisitos. Así que si tu nota media en 1º de ESO es de notable (7) o superior y tu media en inglés también lo fue, puedes optar a estas ayudas.

Work in groups of 4 or 5 students and surf the net to look for the following information:

1) Where is the source of the river?
2) Are there any tributaries? What are their names?
3) Where is the mouth of the river?
4) How long is the Guadalquivir River?
5) What does "Guadalquivir" means?
6) Did it have other names? Which names?
7) Name any places of interest (tower, bridge, park, town or city) along the course of the river.
